Baked Sword Fish

Baked Sword Fish Recipe - You cannot go wrong with this recipe,
using fresh sword fish.  This is a good alternative to tuna fish.

Preparation: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
2 Large sword fish fillets
200g New potatoes
1 Small onion
3 tsp Soy sauce
3 tsp White wine
2 tsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Rice Vinegar
3 tsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

  • Pre-heat oven at 220 degrees Celsius.
  • Mix Soy sauce with wine, olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Peel, finely slice onion and place in baking tray.
  • Season fish fillets on both sides and place on top of onion.
  • Pour marinate sauce on top of fish fillets and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with new potatoes.
Sword fish has a meat texture and it is full of flavour so go easy on the seasoning.
