Baked Potato
Baked Potato Recipe - This
tofu vegan recipe is
healthy and tasty.

Ingredients:
100g Tofu
1 Large Potato
20g Chives
1 Garlic clove
1 tsp Turmeric
1 Table spoon olive oil
Salt and Pepper
- With a fork, prick potato on
both
sides. Cut potatoes into a cross shape (but not all the
way through).
- Rub potato in olive oil and salt
and
put in pre-heated oven for 50 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Blend tofu with garlic, chopped
chives,
turmeric and salt and pepper to taste.
- Once potato is cooked, take
blended
tofu to a frying pan with olive oil at high heat and
stir
quickly for 1 minute.
- Spoon mixture inside potato and
serve.
