seems to open our appetite.
Great to get the whole family involved in a picnik lunch and enjoying
food together.
Not
all foods can keep for long outdoors so it is best to eat it as soon as
possible. Also carefully choosing the ingredients can will not
deteriorate fast.
When taking salads for example, keep the dressing
separately and only add just before serving. Worth investing in
ice pack picnic baskets, not as cute as the wicker basket but keep your
food fresh for longer.
To ensure that food lasts longer, choose
ingredients that are not rich in Vitamin A, these when peeled tend to
go brown very quickly, like avocado and banana.
