Avocado Soup


Here is a delicious Avocado Soup recipe. It tastes as good as it looks.

Serves: 4
Preparation: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 Large carrot
4 Avocados
1 Onion
100 g Spinach
1 Small Potato
1 Table spoon Olive oil
2 Slices toast
Salt and Pepper

  • Wash, peel and chop all vegetables.
  • Boil all ingredients except avocados into large pan for 5 minutes.
  • Blend boiled vegetables with chopped avocados for 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Cut toast slices into small squares to make croutons.
  • Serve hot.
   
Avocado can help balance hormones, shed unwanted weight, and prevent cervical cancer.  This ingredient helps fight against diabetes,  lower cholesterol, reduce risk of strokes, improve skin and control blood pressure.
