Ingredients:
250g Cauliflower
250g Mange tout
200g Chestnut mushrooms
125g Oyster mushrooms
50g Coriander (fresh leaves)
8 Baby brussel Sprouts
1 Chili (medium heat)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 Small onion
Salt and pepper to taste
- Steam cauliflower for 3 minutes, add sprouts and boil for 2 minutes. Drain and leave to one side.
- Chop onion finely and fry for 30 seconds with olive oil.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir on high heat for 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Ready to serve.
